At USA Hockey Shop, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the hockey gear you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure equipment like skates or helmets have not been used on the ice.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
