Do you offer professional skate sharpening before shipping?
Yes, we offer custom skate sharpening for an additional fee. Please select your preferred hollow depth (e.g., 1/2" or 5/8") before adding the skates to your cart.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For safety and hygiene reasons, all equipment must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to be eligible for a return within 30 days. Used sticks and sharpened skates are non-returnable unless a manufacturer defect is present.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for players who need their gear before the next game.
Does my hockey stick come with a warranty?
Most composite hockey sticks come with a one-time, 30-day limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt and the serial number sticker to process a claim.
